SAGE is situated in Yellakandi which is 15 km from Ooty and boasts 360-degree breathtaking vistas of tea estates and the forest. On one side, it overlooks the valley with hundreds of acres of tea estate; on the other, it overlooks the beautiful Emerald Lake, tucked away by the Western Ghats Mountain.
SAGE is a 5500 sq. ft. luxury villa built on a 1 acre Tea Estate that boasts 4 spacious bedrooms including an ultra-spacious lounge room of 550 sq. ft. with an attached mini-bar and an office room. All rooms have balconies and attached bathrooms.
There's an ultra-spacious living hall and a dining hall on the first floor with an extended seating area on the balcony. The premise also has a dedicated bonfire area and a terrace bar that guests can enjoy.
There are 3 covered parking and a driver's room on the premises.
The Sage villa can accommodate 8 adults and 2 kids (from 6-12 years) to a maximum of 13 adults, at an extra cost.

- Alcohol consumption is allowed but guests have to bring on their own.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
- No crackers or colors are permitted in this home.
- Since this villa is close to a forest, guests are advised not to leave the premises after dark as wild animals are spotted in the area. Even during the day, it is strongly recommended to venture out in a group, if going on foot.
