Build for siege,build for unit killing.
For TW use Top lane , for siege go Bottom.
Best way to kill units its = Take sword,(1)charge,then (2) spell.Kill fast some units then call back your girls.
+They are fast,then can fast kill every T1,T2,T3 units.
+ Best way to kill T4+ units = Shield maidens are rly fast,flank units from behind.
+ They are bersekers killers = Charge,then (2) spell you kill all bersekers and mostly every your girl will alive.
+ They are good vs Stewards,Big shield units,they can kill paladins too.They can fight them from front too.
+If you take spear and use (1) armor buff spell = Not even imperial guards can put them on ground,Shield maidens will kill them all.

-Take care for palace guards,shield maidens are not the best vs them.
