How to make rainbow mousse trifle. A beautiful and attractive mousse recipe.
Ingredients:
corn flour 1/2 cup & 2 tbsp
cheeni (sugar) 1 cup
anday ki zardi (egg yolks) 2 (room temperature)
doodh (milk) 1 & 1/2 liter (boiled)
vanilla essence 1 tsp
makhan (butter) 2 tbsp (room temperature)
food colors red, green, blue, yellow, orange, purple and pink
Ingredients for assembling:
crushed biscuits as required
chopped pistachio as required
Recipe:
Put corn flour, sugar, egg yolks, milk and vanilla essence in a pan and mix well until there should be no lumps. Turn on low flame and cook it until thick consistency as well as stirring. On thick consistency turn off flame and add butter. Mix it well and let cool. Now this cooked mixture divide into 7 parts. Mix food colors in all parts. Put all colored mixture in pipping bags separately. Add crushed biscuits in glass and add all colored mixture one by one. For garnishing use chopped pistachios & crushed biscuits. Keep it in freezer for 1 hour.
