The best ability in sports is availability. What good are you if you're always injured or constantly rehabbing from injuries. We want to make ourselves bullet proof and do what we can to minimize injuries as much as possible. And if we do sustain an injury, we want to put ourselves in the best position possible to recover fast so we're not stuck in rehab limbo. These are 2 awesome exercises that I love to use. The resistance band decel step is a great option because one of the most important pieces to reducing the risk of injury is being able to properly decelerate. This is great to build up that knee and work on this.
