Hawaii isn't as difficult to access. Especially when in central Europe.
While the beaches of Budva, Montenegro are nice, they are also crowded during tourist season. Nearby, Matt finds exploring St. Nikola Island, otherwise known locally as "Hawaii", worthwhile. What there can be seen, and accessed, well that's another issue.
