A Cuyahoga County grand jury has indicted Al Ferguson in connection with a shooting incident that happened earlier this month at Urban Kutz Barbershop in Cleveland.
Ferguson was indicted on the following charges:
2 counts of felonious assault
Discharging weapons
Tampering with evidence
Ferguson is expected to appear in court for an arraignment hearing on Nov. 25 at 8:30 a.m.
