Once one of the tallest leaders of the Congress, Ghulam Nabi Azad seems to be struggling to stay relevant ahead of the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. His DPAP started off with some fanfare but has failed to keep up the momentum. The perception that he was working at the behest of the BJP seems to have been a major factor in his decline.
