I’ve shown other ways on how to remove siding if you don’t have this tool. If you do have this tool, this is how you use it. Just be careful that you never pry against the siding below or you’ll make divots in the siding.

Once unclipped, it exposes the fasteners so you are able to access them and take a single piece off the wall.
