Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday drove a tractor to reach parliament to stage his protest against the farm laws.
Reportedly, the security officials stopped him and were not allowed entry to the parliament premises on the vehicle.
The Congress leader was accompanied by a party colleague and Rajya Sabha MP Deepender Hooda.
