Samo and his incredible life story is something that only life itself could have written. Starting as a regular merchant, finding himself invested in a conflict of a completely different ethnic tribes, emerging as a wise and brave warrior... being selected as a king among people who are not your own and creating the first ever Slavic empire.
Samo became such a cultural and historical icon for the western Slavic civilization, that to this very day, he is mentioned in almost every historical book in central Europe and people still name their children after this Historical king.
