(1 Jul 2019) Enthusiastic crowds carrying rainbow flags filled the streets of Bogota on Sunday during the city's annual pride march.
Marchers and onlookers held signs and banners with messages of equality and love.
Jimmy Perez, leader in the LGBTI community, said the event is to celebrate people's freedoms to be as they are.
Sunday's parade marks the 50th anniversary of the police raid at the historic Stonewall Inn that sparked the modern-day gay rights movement.
