The Rémy Martin VSOP Royal Manhattan is a great way to enjoy your cognac, and it has a beautiful and lingering after-taste.
Ingredients:
60mL Rémy Martin VSOP
30mL Sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 brandied cherry
Method:
Pour bitters and liqueurs over ice into a mixing glass. Stir and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.
