The Queen has addressed the COP26 climate summit in Glasgow in a pre-recorded video message.
The 95-year-old monarch was scheduled to attend the conference in person but recorded her address last week at Windsor Castle after being advised by doctors to rest.
She urged politicians to rise above the politics of the moment in order to come together and create history.
She also recalled how the late Duke of Edinburgh Prince Phillip's commitment to action on climate change is now being carried on by Prince Charles and Prince William.
