Traveling the Arctic with Astronaut Chris Hadfield. This is an Arctic travel video and travel vlog: A bucket list moment hiking in nature near the North Pole. This area in the video is MacDonald Valley in Tanquary Fiord in the Canadian High Arctic. It is 81 degrees latitude and the base camp used for people venturing to the North Pole. You can even ski to the North Pole from this spot which is how close it is! The landscape here feels otherworldly.
