Recipe " Candied Apples"
4 small apples and 6 lollipops
Peanuts - 50 gr
Sugar - 300 gr
Water - 75 gr
Vinegar 9% - 8 gr (1 tbsp)
Food Coloring - optional
Flavor - 3-4 drops (optional)

Cook the syrup to 150-160C and sample on a hard ball in ice water.
