Ticino is located in the south of Switzerland and is also called the sunroom of Switzerland. The reason is simple - here the sun shines a lot. The disadvantage: there is often a great drought here in the region. Even in recent months it has hardly rained and so the water level of the Verzasca River is very low. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time here in Lavertezzo! I hope you enjoy it with us!
