The level of care at one NHS acute mental health hospital has been described as "unforgiveable" by the charity SANE after a Sky News investigation found staff asleep while on duty and suicidal patients able to gain access to the roof.
Sky has collected stories from several patients who have recently been at Wotton Lawn in Gloucester and their relatives, as charities have expressed growing concerns about the state of mental health services across the UK.
