Our second tea documentary has finally arrived! In this latest chapter, we travel to many different locations throughout Japan to learn about how tea was first discovered and how it has evolved over time. In Tokyo, we learn how people have adapted tea to fit into modern life. In Shizuoka, we meet a few family farms that grow green tea in harmony with nature. In Kyoto and Uji, we trace down the origins of tea, and learn why it plays such an important role in Japanese culture.In the south, we learn how climate can affect tea and how farmers can change certain aspects about the tea to produce exactly the flavor they want.
