New Delhi, Jan 28 (ANI): Dense fog engulfed the national capital on the wee hours of Saturday morning leading to poor visibility conditions. Owing to fog, eight domestic flights and two international flights have been delayed. Rail services were also disrupted with 20 trains arriving late, two rescheduled and one cancelled due to fog.
