Ingredients:
Fish Fillet:
1 kl cream dory fish fillet, cut into cubes (preffered size)
2 tbsp calamansi juice
Ground mixed peppercorn
Himalayan Pink Salt
1 c cornstarch
1 egg, beaten
Oil for frying
Tausi Sauce:
500g Firm Tofu, sliced
1 can (180g) Tausi, drained
200g Bok Choy, washed, ends trimmed
1 medium Red Onion, peeled and sliced
3 cloves Garlic, peeled and minced
1 inch piece of Ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tbsp Kintsay, chopped
1 small Carrot, peeled and julienne
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Water
2-3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Ground Mixed Peppercorn, to taste
Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste
