Hey world! Keep your summer cool and delicious with this quick and easy Filipino dessert recipe: Mango Float! This is a no-bake recipe so it's perfect for summer! The first time I heard and made mango float was in the Philippines and I made it with my younger cousins - Thanks again Chelzy, Kiana and Kayeance for helping me!

RECIPE FOR MANGO FLOAT

Ingredients for Mango Float:
2 cups whipping cream
75-100 ml condensed milk
18 pieces graham crackers
2 ripe mangoes
20x20 cm dish
Directions for Mango Float:
1. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream to make whipped cream. Add condensed milk until it is well combined.
2. Put mixing bowl in the fridge to keep cool.
3. Peel mangoes and cut thin slices. Set aside.
4. In a square dish, arrange 9 pieces of graham crackers.
5. Spread the cream and milk mixture.
6. Layer with mango slices.
7. Make another layer: graham crackers, milk and cream, and mango slices.
8. Garnish with crumb graham crackers and evaporated milk.
9. Chill for at least 30-45 minutes before serving.
10. Enjoy!
