Despite recent tourist development within the resort, Mastichari beach has managed to maintain its natural beauty. The once quiet beach has now turned into what many of the locals regard as one of the finest beaches across Kos. Drenched in dusty white sand with wide open spaces it offers a great chance to unwind, and watching the turquoise sea shimmer under then sun you'll find it difficult to resist a cooling swim.
