In 2011, Workshop Coffee began pursuing the best coffee possible. To do this, we've always been involved in every stage of production, which means we focus on sourcing, roasting and brewing every coffee that we showcase.

Today, we work with quality-focused farmers, producers and co-operatives across 14 coffee producing countries .In this video, our Head of Quality, James Bailey, offers more detail on our approach, ethos and beliefs and we provide an insight into what goes on in our East London roastery.
