Recipe:
- Servings 4
- Prep /Cook time 60 mins,
- 1 Medium Onion.
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- .5 lbs Ground Pork
- 1 TBS Thyme
- 1 TBS Oregano
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 TSP salt
- 1 cup Panade, Bread soaked in milk
- Bacon (optional)

Samfaina:
1 Eggplant
1 Zucchini
1 Onion
1 clove of garlic
2 red bell peppers
1 can of tomato sauce or 5 tomatoes.
1 TSP paprika
A sprig of Thyme or Rosemary
Salt to taste
