It is a real easy process mounting the romeo 1 on to your p320 x-carry, just need to use the romeo 1 tool to push the extractor spring inwards and slide the back plate off while maintaining constant pressure on the spring. Once the plate is off you can remove the extractor, extractor spring and firing pin . Remove the screws from inside the slide and installed the romeo 1
