The purpose of this video is to give an overview of how Smartsheet can be used to create an effective meeting room booking system for multiple rooms. Clearly this can be modified to many other uses, such as desks or equipment where items are required for varying timeslots on a particular day.

To create this system I have used the Calendar app and Dynamic View, which are premium applications, and can both be used for a myriad of use case, with this demo simply serving to show how flexible they are to meet many different use cases.

You can see and test the calendar for yourselves on our website, but for privacy reasons you won’t be able to use the Dynamic View functionality as I have adjusted the form settings so it does not record the booker’s email address.
