Roasted Winter Vegetable Salad
Sweet Gourmet Style
3 C Brussels Sprouts
4 C Butternut squash
2 beets, cubed
2 T Olivelle Browned Butter Olive Oil (SG)
Olivelle Smokey Bacon Salt and Black Pepper (SG)
1 C Olivelle Fig Balsamic Vinegar(SG)
¼ C Honey
Liberally salt and pepper the vegetables, drizzle with olive oil and roast at 400 degrees, until tender. Stir together the balsamic and honey. Toss all ingredients together! Enjoy!!
