Christmas Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
Brie
Parmesan
Gruyere
Cranberries
Cranberry Sauce
Butter
Garlic
Flour
Milk
Rigatoni

Method:
Chop your cheeses
Melt your butter and fry the garlic
Add in the flour and mix, mix, mix
Add in the milk bit by bit
Add in the gruyere and parmesan
Pour on top of cooked rigatoni
Nestle in the chopped brie
Top with chopped cranberries and cranberry sauce
