What's up everyone my name is Rob, this is the gym rat world and welcome to the No Excuse Series. Today we're talking about the number one excuse that most people use when trying not to start a workout program. Yes, I'm just too busy to exercise excuses. So, let's get into it so I can show you that you're probably not too busy. Even if you are working a lot, you have kids, and the whole deal, we're still only talking about taking 30ish minutes 2 - 4 times a week to exercise. Everyone has the time for this. And the remedies to this problem are simple, you either need to realize that you're lying to yourself or you need to get better at time management...sometimes you need to do both. Now, if you're deflecting and just hiding behind this excuse then I just suggest stopping doing it. Obviously. You need to just get out of your own way. When it comes to making your mind and body healthy, you have to put yourself first. I suggest trying this out for a week. Just sit down before your week starts and write everything out, then just follow the schedule.
