Schools across Arizona received new benchmarks to help decide when kids could return to school from the state's top educator and health official.
Dr. Cara Christ said that at this time no county met the benchmarks.
Despite the recommendations, the final decision still goes to the individual school district. There is no enforcement method behind these guidelines.
