My sister Bella and I are making our favorite bread. Brazilian Cheese Bread! My mom makes them every Sunday and we can’t get enough of them! It’s so easy to make. Plus it’s gluten-free! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 egg (at room temperature - jut put in bowl of warm water for a few minutes to take the chill)
1 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cup of tapioca flour
1/2 cup of feta cheese (packed) or Parmigiana Cheese (grated) or or your preference of cheese (grated)
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spread a small amount olive oil around the insides of each well of a mini-muffin tin. This recipe will make approximately 24 pieces of bread.
3. Blend ingredients - Put all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
4. Pour batter into an oiled mini-muffin tin, not quite to the top; leave about 1/8 inch from the top.
5. Bake at 400°F in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until all puffy and nicely golden.
6. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack for a few minutes.
