One gets the impression that Rick Perry seems more interested in provoking a reaction out of Mitt Romney than to prove a point. He may have succeeded. Romney offers him a $10,000 bet that he is right and Perry is wrong. Perry turns the bet down.
Romney couldn't help but get his own jab in and mention the controversial HPV vaccination plan that Perry had mandated in his own state.
