If you’re new to my channel, my name is Raymond Jones. I've solved over 1000 Leetcode problems, and I have ~5 YOE as a Software Engineer. I've worked at Citibank and Easypost.

How I got here…
22: Graduated from University of Florida and took a job at Citibank.
24 yrs old: Got bored at Citi and got a fully remote job at EasyPost
25 yrs old: Quit EasyPost during the biggest tech layoff season. Started several businesses
26 yrs old: Went back into job hunt, solved 800 leetcode problems while I interviewed
27 yrs old: Helped several Software Engineers land $200k/year job offers, started a business around it
The job market is tough, but being a software engineer is the most rewarding job I've had. It allowed me to solve very complex problems and always stay interested. It also pays a ton of money.
For those worried about the tech job market, AI, or whatever, just know that it does get better the better you get at programming.
If you're the person whose genuinely loves building these, never give up.
