In an effort to finish in less the "SOCA" in less than 1 hour, Mayor Vico skipped the last few categories of his report – including infrastructure accomplishments and upcoming projects. In the next few days, updates on the same will be uploaded on his official accounts.
After delivering the SOCA in front of various city, barangay, and civil society leaders, Mayor Vico formally turned over the Proposed 2024 Budget Ordinance in the amount of 22B pesos from the executive to Vice Mayor Dodot Jaworski and the City Council.
