We've all done it... we've made a mead that turned out a bit odd. This happened to me with a mead that I over-oaked recently and I really wanted to try and fix it! I sat down and filmed this video showing you some ways to fix a bad mead! I hope you enjoy this video. Remember that pretty much every mead can be fixed if something goes wrong (unless it's a mold or sanitization issue). Make sure you always try to fix your meads unless they are a total loss!
