The Travelers Institute, the public policy division of Travelers, explored these questions on a webinar session featuring an expert panel. Disability:IN President and CEO Jill Houghton shared her experience driving disability inclusion and working to build an inclusive global economy. Travelers Vice President Bruce Soltys shared advice and lessons learned from Travelers own experience hiring and retaining workers with disabilities, specifically those who identify as neurodiverse.
