A few months ago we finally received our new 2020 Marin Rift Zone 2 demo bike. Marin did a slight design change to the 2020 Rift Zone making the headtube a bit more slack and increasing the front and rear suspension travel.

Marin also updated the drivetrain to offer 11-speed shifting in the Rift Zone 1 model and 12-speed SRAM SX Eagle on the Rift Zone 2. The top of the line Rift Zone 3 received SLX drivetrain, 4 piston brakes, and the new Marzocchi Bomber Z2 front fork and Fox rear suspension.

This video mainly focuses on the Rift Zone 2. Although a bit on the heavy side the bike was a lot of fun and rode over everything with ease. As explained in the video the tires are a lot more aggressive than what I usually ride on and were very grippy.
