I just got back from a trip and yes, it's all true! There is plenty of construction going on in preparation for the Olympics.
BUT it's not that bad and still very enjoyable!
I was able to enjoy so much of Paris and see all the sights such as the eiffle town, Lourve, Noreadame and more and it was still as beautiful as ever.
