What is an aroma? Dr Gordon Steele explains 👃🥃
An aroma is a single, or a collection of volatile congeners that comes from whisky. (It has to be volatile.) The aroma arrives in your nose, you sniff it in and the senses within your nose detect it and register it in the brain as a smell.
