Freedom cannot be accomplished without rights being observed. As South Africa celebrates 29 years of democracy, we take stock of the rights enshrined in the constitution and ask what progress has been made. We visit the Centre for Human Rights at the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein. We also talk to some residents who say The Human Rights Commission in Bloemfontein has championed their rights.
