"Our ratcheting handle for larger capacity Dutton-Lainson boat trailer winches simplifies the process of securing your boat to your trailer.
But don't take it from us, here's walleye pro Brett King-
Loading boats on bunk trailers can prove to be a challenge. Particularly, there are some states out there that there's no power loading allowed, meaning you cannot use your outboard motor to power the boat on.
So old world, you get your boat close as you drive on the first time, and then you have to winch it on. On bunks, that's very difficult. The old world you get about here and you lose all your leverage and you find yourself stepping on the handle to get it to the next click so you can continue on.
So with this new Dutton-Lainson ratcheting winch handle, watch this- all I have to do is get to a point where I lose my leverage, then I can just ratchet the boat the rest of the way on. Just like that and stay in my power range through the whole thing. It's very, very handy and one of the best inventions I've seen in a long time for a boat winch.
A ratcheting winch handle that makes life easier for both casual boaters and professional fisherman-
that's the Dutton-Lainson difference.
