Uganda and Rwanda have agreed on six issues in today's inaugural meeting in fulfillment of the Luanda summit of 21st August this year.
Presidents Yoweri Museveni and Paul Kagame signed the Angola Quadripartite Summit agreement following months of strained relations.
Both parties are now expected to immediately start reviewing and implementing what has been discussed, which includes ceasing all forms of hostile propaganda in mainstream and social media.
