Candied Bacon Bahn Mi
2 Tablespoons cayenne
2 Tablespoons paprika
2 Tablespoons ginger
2 Tablespoons cinnamon
2 Tablespoons allspice
2 Tablespoons cumin
2 Tablespoons caraway
2 Tablespoons fennel
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
2/12 Tbsp brown sugar
1 package bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
1 bunch fresh rosemary
1 clove garlic
2 English muffins
leaves of basil
leaves of bibb lettuce
1 egg
1 avocado
1 heirloom tomato
1 lemon
salt & pepper, sugar, to taste
Toasted Bun BLT
1 King's Hawaiian bread bun
1/2 lb of applewood smoked bacon
1 head of red cabbage
1 head of green cabbage
1 cup creme fraiche
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon of celery seeds
1 heirloom tomato
Salt & pepper, to taste
