Christmas week brought all the indulgence—big meals, festive treats, and a little too much of everything. But honestly? That’s what the holidays are about: enjoying good food, family, and downtime.
Between the feasting, I still managed to sneak in plenty of social runs, some solid accessory sessions, and movement-focused workouts to keep the body ticking over. It’s been about balance—training when I could while soaking in the festive vibes.
This week also gave me time to reflect on an incredible year: setting a 10K PB, stepping on stage for my first bodybuilding show (and winning a category!), and running my first-ever half marathon. Each challenge pushed me to grow in different ways, and I’m grateful for the journey.
Looking ahead to 2025, I’m fired up to set some ambitious goals, aiming to level up in both strength and endurance. Of course, there’ll be more coffees, cakes, and moments of joy along the way—because balance is everything.
