Production capacity to bake 144 breads of 225 grams per batch. Full Automation , Two trolleys of Tray size- 18” x 27” 12 Step single Trolley of 1” x 1” squire pipe and 6 mm bar with caster wheels. High Performance Gear Box with 0.5 HP Electrical Motor for Trolley rotation. Overall Dimensions in mm - 1400 (W) x 1700 (D) x 2000 (H). All inner and outer casing made in SS Material. Power Supply- 440 V, 3 PH, 50 Hz A.C. supply. Power Consumption - 2 HP (Blower) + 0.25 HP (Gear Box). Electric Control Panel : provided with Digital Temperature Controller, Backing Timer, Contactors, Indications, Limit Switches etc with all necessary switch Gears. Specially desined Heat Exchanger WITH high efficiency, Built in Heat Resistive SS Material. Insulation of High quality Cerawool and Mineral wool is provided to minimize heat losses and better oil consumption. A centrifugal Blower is provided for Hot Air circulation with 2.0 HP Electric Motor. A door with toughened Glass window and lights is provided for product observation. Maximum Temperature 300 Deg. Celcius
