Iberian Lynx Land is a young Spanish nature tourism company grown out of driving enthusiasm and solid local knowledge. We are based in the province of Jaen in the north of Andalusia- the greenest of Spain’s provinces with a third of its territory designated as protected natural space, and rightfully regarded as the unsung hero of Spanish nature. A mixed blessing which allows a real wilderness experience in what is arguably the region with the greatest wealth of flora and fauna in the whole Iberian Peninsula, and by consequence, the whole of Europe.

Iberian Lynx Land team is formed by our highly skilled wildlife guides, led by Jose Luis Sanchez, the chief guide. The native of this part of Spain, Jose Luis’s knowledge of the area is unmatched. The coupling of a life-long enthusiasm for nature and extensive fieldwork as a government biologist throughout the region bring an acute perception and a keen eye to the natural environment of the area.
