2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private.
3. Instruments subject to negative procedure The Committee will consider the following—
Honey (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (SSI 2015/208).
4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Lands Tribunal for Scotland Amendment (Fees) Rules 2015 (SSI 2015/199);
Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2015 (SSI 2015/200 (C.32));
Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules 1996 Amendment) (No. 3) (Miscellaneous) 2015 (SSI 2015/201).
5. Education (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider further the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.
6. Report on instruments considered during the fourth quarter of the parliamentary year 2014-15: The Committee will consider a draft of its fourth quarterly report for the parliamentary year 2014-15.
