Welcome to a soothing and therapeutic class designed to promote flexibility, strength, and comfort in your joints. Whether you're managing arthritis, stiffness, or simply wish to maintain healthy joints, this class offers gentle movements and stretches that can be comfortably performed from a seated position.
We'll begin with mindful breathing exercises to calm the mind and center ourselves. Then, through a series of accessible chair yoga poses and gentle stretches, we'll focus on improving joint mobility, reducing stiffness, and enhancing circulation. Each movement is tailored to be safe and effective for all levels of mobility.
