The machines are air operated and require no electricity to operate. They are highly accurate and durable with a scaling weight of approximately 2oz to 8oz per piston per stroke. They can handle cake and muffin batter that ranges from thick to thin, and can handle particlulates such as chunks of pinnaple, IQF blueberries, strawberries, chocolate chips and chunks, etc.
