Hi, if you own one of these cute 7" Smartbooks, but haven't used it in a while, you may have found that it hangs on the loading screen forever and won't load Windows.Sound like your issue? If so, then in this video I'm going to show your around the Smartbook, and how to fix this problem by re-installing the Windows CE operating system.

Specs of these smartbooks vary, but this is aimed specifically at those with a Smartbook running Windows CE, not Android, although the procedure is basically the same, you'll just require different files.

What you'll need:

A 2GB or higher (8GB Max) SD CARD formatted to FAT 32 (Recommend Full Format)

7-zip Download:
For extracting the Win CE files.

To play back you movies on these devices, I'd recommend trying resizing to 320x240, and encoding to Xvid/DivX

What you won't need:
